Using ITIL V2 Practitioner Certificate towards ITIL V3 Credit

Good news! If you hold the ITIL Practitioner Service Desk, Incident and Problem Management certificate you can use it towards 3.5 credits in the current ITIL Credit program. To get your credits you will need to register and upload your certificate in the PeopleCert system so PeopleCert can review it and apply the credit.
