He has worked in the field of ITSM for over 20 years and he shares his experience with you in the course by bringing tough concepts to live so you can undertsand and apply them when you take your certification exam and in real life.

Certification
The PeopleCert ITIL 5 Foundation Exam will be released on February 12, 2026.
If you have purchased an ITIL 4 Foundation Exam and have not scheduled the exam, PeopleCert will allow you to exchange your ITIL 4 Foundation Exam for an ITIL Version 5 Foundation Exam.
