Exam Details:
- Exam Pre-Requisites: There are no exam pre-requisites, however it is highly recommended that you take an accredited course prior to sitting for the exam
- Delivery Format: Online web proctored available 24/7
- Exam Duration: You have up to 60 minutes to complete the exam
- Exam Format: Closed book, 40 question multiple choice exam with only one correct answer for each question
- Passing Score: You much answer 26/40 questions correctly (65%)
- Exam Value: You will receive 2 ITIL Credits when you pass the exam
