- Exam Pre-Requisites: You must hold the ITIL Foundation Certificate and hold the Managing Across the Lifecycle Certificate of Completion provided by an Accredited Training Organization like GogoTraining. View the full course here.
- Delivery Format: Online web proctored available 24/7
- Exam Duration: You have up to 120 minutes to complete the exam, and for candidates taking the exam in another language, 150 minutes along with the use of a dictionary
- Exam Format: Closed book, 10 multiple choice, gradient-scored complex questions
- Passing Score: You much answer 35/50 questions correctly (70%)
- Exam Value: You will receive 4 ITIL Credits when you pass the exam
