Good News! AXELOS and PeopleCert have just announced that your current ITIL certifications will remain valid following the ITIL 4 Update. Other than that bit of news, there is nothing more to report. Throughout the rest of the year AXELOS will be sharing what they are doing and getting feedback. A major announcement is expected from AXELOS in August 2018. The bottom line:
- If you hold current ITIL Certifications – your certificates will remain valid
- If you are needing to get trained – go ahead as all certificates will remain valid
