Once you have studied and feel comfortable with the material that will be covered in the exam, do one of the official sample exams and look at the answers right away.  Take every question you got wrong and look it up and study it again to see why you chose the incorrect answer.

• The ITIL Foundation exam is a closed book exam
• It is 60 minutes in duration
