Want to see if you are ready to pass your ITIL 4 Foundation Exam? One of the great ways to check is to test your knowledge with the Official PeopleCert Sample Exams. There are 2 PeopleCert Official ITIL 4 Foundation Sample Exams and we are offering them to you for free. All you need to do is email customerservice@gogotraining.com and ask us to send them to you.

Once you have prepared for your exams you will take the first sample exam and grade it. It is a multiple choice 40 question test with rationales provided for each answer so you can learn why an answer was right and why another one was wrong. Once you have done this you will go back and study the content for the questions you got wrong and then take the second sample paper.

Once you have studied and feel comfortable with the material that will be covered in the exam, do one of the official sample exams and look at the answers right away.  Take every question you got wrong and look it up and study it again to see why you chose the incorrect answer.

Once you have done this and feel confident that you understand and have mastered the content, take the second practice exam under exam conditions…

For example, with the ITIL 4 Foundation Exam:

• The ITIL Foundation exam is a closed book exam
• It is 60 minutes in duration
• If you are taking the exam in a language that is not your native or working language you may be awarded 75 minutes in total
• There are 40 multiple choice questions
• Passing score is 65% or 26 correct answers – each question is worth 1 mark

Key Tip – Always read the sample question rationales – you will learn more from knowing why something is wrong than from confirming the ones you answered correctly.
